When we arrived, we easily found a parking space nearby and collected the keys effortlessly from the key lock. As soon as we opened the door, we were blown away by the spaciousness and tastefully decorated interior. The several floors provided a sense of adventure for our little one, and the bedrooms and living spaces were all generously sized. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the thoughtful touch of providing tea bags and biscuits made us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our 5-day stay, we made use of the kitchen facilities with ease, enjoyed the entertainment options in the lounge, and appreciated the ample space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal, being both quiet and centrally located, just a two-minute walk into town. The beds were comfortable, and the presence of three toilets and two showers, along with the deep bath, made our stay even more convenient. Bianca Rose provided everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. We will definitely be back!

Keys were sent by email. The private entrance made me feel like a VIP. And don't even get me started on the washing machine and dishwasher - I almost felt like I was at home!
How am I supposed to find something to complain about? Such a shame.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I need not have worried. Travelling with friends and my 5-year-old, the property was perfect. The parking space close by made unloading easy, and collecting the keys from the key lock was no problem. Inside, we were delighted with what we saw! The several floors were a perfect adventure for my little one, and all the bedrooms and living spaces were a good size. The kitchen was well-equipped and the welcoming tea bags and biscuits were a nice touch. We had a great week and couldn't complain about anything.
Would recommend this hotel.

Despite some initial concerns, our stay at this property was a pleasant surprise. The parking space close to the property made unloading a breeze. The several floors provided a sense of adventure for my little one, and the spacious bedrooms and living areas were a plus. the well-equipped kitchen with tea bags and biscuits made us feel warmly welcomed. we enjoyed a great week with no complaints.
The check-in time at 5pm felt too late, and the early check-out time at 9am was also inconvenient. the absence of an enclosed garden or yard for our dog was a slight drawback.

The hotel had a charming decor that reminded me of a cozy English cottage. The common areas were easy to navigate and felt welcoming to senior guests. It was wonderful to have everything I needed on the main floor, without the need to climb stairs. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing I would have asked for is a later check-in and check-out time. It can be challenging for senior people to rush and pack early in the morning.
